We have chosen for you some of these specialties starting with the world-famous Sacher cake of antique Viennese tradition that inspired both writers and film producers; its soft margarita cake filled with cacao and with our special apricot jam and covered with dark chocolate makes this cake a delectable jewel!

To continue on road of delicious cake it’s impossible not mention the Sicilian Cassata with its delicate sugar glaze and pieces of candied fruit in a sweet ricotta cream with drops of dark chocolate. One con only imagines the beauty and goodness of Sicily!

Not only are the rich creamy cakes specialties of ours. Also the simple baked cakes are special for their flavor, like the Torta Greca. Like most things of long ago this cake is appreciated because of its simplicity ; a soft pastry made of flour and sweet and bitter almonds, wrapper in a delicate puff pastry and sprinkled with powdered sugar giving it an unforgettable bitter-sweet flavor. And just as good is Torta Tartara, also wrapped in puff pastry but with a savoiardo pastry with fresh pineapple – wonderful for breakfast!
