Founded

the Pasticceria Massimo has represented, over the last
34 years, traditional and genuinely in the ever-changing
panorama of fine Milanese bakeries.
At
the age of 12 Antonino Crinò had his first contact
with the art of pastry making in a small laboratory
in the Province of Messina, Sicily, the town of Barcellona
Pozzo di Gotto; it was love at first sight.
Thus
began young Antoninos trip up the Italian Peninsula,
learning as he went the making of regional pastries
and comparing them with each other. This long journey
lead him to his point of arrival ,the(generous) city
of Milan that welcomed him with open arms and he was
able to put into practice all he had learned in the
travels .
His
encounter with Milan coincided with another important
encounter, that of his future wife Luigina.
She
was able to combine the art of baking with artistic
expression in the presentation of finished product ,that
a bakery shop should not only sell cakes and pastry
but also lovely boxes of chocolate,
Floral
bouquet made of chocolate, precious boxes of different
sweets etc.
Over
the years the Pasticceria Massimo has received recognition
for it excellence in the city of Milan and other regions.
In
1989 Massimo doubles in growth giving birth to another
bakery in the heart of down town Milan ,
Dolce In .
Antonino
and Luigina passed the idea of fine pastries on to their
sons Massimo, Fabio and Luca.
The
Help of the three sons has been fundamental in running
the bakery and has permitted them to introduce their
fine product to other countries like the United States
and Japan where for many years they have especially
appreciated the Panettone (Milan Cakes).
In
occasion of its 15Th anniversary Dolce IN was
completely renovated whit splendid fusion of color and
sweetness it has become one of Milan most beautiful
